Who Qualifies for Second-Chance Housing?

To qualify, you must meet these minimum requirements:

✅ Credit score under 600
✅ Household
take-home income 3× rent or more
Example: Rent $2,200 = $6,600+ monthly income
Double security deposit funds ready
✅ Proof of
employment required
✅ Photo ID + background check
✅ Ideal move-in timeline:
within 60 days
✅ Self-employed must provide:
• EIN + DBA/LLC Certificate
• 1099 return (1+ year) and/or
• 3 months business bank statements showing verified deposits

⚠️ If move-in needed under 30 days,

$99 expedited approval fee (non-refundable).
