RENEW RENTALS, Powered by Warrior Locators is a full-service apartment locating firm offering free apartment locating services to clients. Renew Rentals earns a referral fee if a client leases at an apartment community referred by us. There is no minimum rental rate required to qualify for a rebate! Everyone benefits, regardless of rental rate! We appreciate your business!

Qualifying for $50-$500 Cash Rebate is SO EASY!

To be eligible for the rebate, only 3 simple steps are required:

1. Lease at an Approved Apartment Community:

* You must lease at an apartment community listed by your locator in one of your provided lists.

2. Recognition of Referral Source:

* You must inform the onsite leasing team verbally and in writing on the application that you were referred by "Kareem A Lewis, Warrior Locators." Our name must be acknowledged as the sole referral source for all applicants.

3. Complete the Report Lease Form:

* Submit a short “Report Lease Form” on our website within 15 days of your move-in date.

TIP: Take a picture or screenshot showing that "Kareem A Lewis, Warrior Locators" was listed as your referral source on the application!

Rebate Qualification Guidelines

1. Move-In Verification Agreement and Payment of Invoice:

* The apartment community must complete and sign a “move-in verification agreement” form, approving our invoice.

2. Rebate Amount:

* The rebate is 10% of the locator placement fee that the apartment community pays us, capped at $500.

* Proof of payment will be shared to ensure transparency.

* The minimum rebate is $50, even if 10% of the placement fee falls below $50.

3. Rebate Issuance:

* Only one rebate is issued per lease.

* The rebate will be in the name of a leaseholder.

* Only the first submitted Report Lease Form with a leaseholder’s name will be recognized.

4. Report Lease Form:

*This form can be completed as soon as the lease is approved, even before moving in.

* The form must be submitted no later than 15 days after the lease start date.

5. Principal Consent:

* Payment of the rebate is subject to principal consent.

6. Rebate Payment:

* Rebates are sent after the apartment community pays our invoice, typically within 30-90 days.

* Payment methods include PayPal, Cash App, or Zelle.

7. User Responsibility:

* Users must provide correct usernames or emails for PayPal, Cash App or Zelle.

* Renew Rentals is not liable for incorrect information provided by the user.

8. Non-Payment by Property within 120 Days of Move-In:

* If the property fails to pay Warrior Locators the locator placement fee within 120 days of move-in, the rebate offer is retracted. Common reasons for non-payment include:

* The community does not recognize Warrior Locators as the referral source.

* The property requires the locator to physically escort you on the tour.

* You are renewing an existing lease or transferring to a sister property.

* You have previously lived at the property.

* The property’s minimum lease term is unmet.

* You default on your lease.

* The property fails to pay the invoice, valid or not, within 120 days.

Cash Rebate Guarantee – Take a Picture!

*Follow these steps to ensure your rebate:

1. Apply for an apartment from the list(s) provided by your locator.

2. Take a picture or screenshot of your application listing "Kareem A Lewis, Warrior Locators" as your referral source.

3. Receive 10% of the locator commission up to $500! Minimum rebate $50.

Note: The guarantee does not apply if the community pays us $0 due to missing or incorrect information.

Refer & Earn Policy

Renew Rentals will email you a $50 within 3 days of confirmed move-in for every qualifying referral you send.

Qualifying Referrals:

1. The referral must use our services.

2. The referral must list Kareem A Lewis, Warrior Locators on all guest cards and lease applications.

3. The referral must submit their lease information to us.

Non-Qualifying Referrals:

1. Referrals where Renew Rentals is not paid a locator fee are ineligible for the $50.
